Automatic Cap Torque Tester

Scope of application:

The automatic bottle cap torque tester is an independently developed product that automatically tests torque values. It adopts the principle of combining advanced electronic technology with precise mechanical transmission, replacing the errors caused by manually opening or locking bottle caps in the past, and meets the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T 17876. Equipped with a high-precision torque sensor to achieve precise loading and positioning. It is suitable for testing the locking and opening torque values ​​of bottle caps of various bottles, nozzles, hoses and other packaging products, such as: medicinal glass bottles, medicinal plastic bottles, child safety caps, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, milk bottles, oil drums, etc. It is the preferred product for beverage and bottle manufacturers, research institutions, and quality inspection institutions to test product quality.

Test principle:
Fix the bottle body and bottle cap of the object to be tested on the fixtures equipped with the tester and clamp them. The bottom fixture is connected to the torque sensor in the tester box. After starting the instrument, the upper fixture clamps the bottle cap and starts to rotate, driving the bottle body, which is then transmitted to the torque sensor to test the torque value required for the bottle cap to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
