The battery short circuit tester is mainly suitable for battery manufacturers, battery users, new energy vehicle manufacturers, research institutes, colleges and universities, etc. It is used to simulate the battery to perform forced internal short circuit tests under certain ambient temperature conditions or to perform extrusion tests under certain temperature conditions.

Product Overview:
1. Use high-conductivity copper as a large current carrier during short circuit, and use a high-intensity vacuum switch for short circuit (non-vacuum box)
2. Short circuit trigger (high-intensity vacuum switch is opened and closed for short circuit), to achieve perfect short circuit test.

Equipment features:
1. Rated working current is 3000A for more than 10 minutes, and the vacuum arc extinguishing system is used for 10 minutes;
2. It can carry the maximum instantaneous short-circuit current of 6000A;
3. The contact resistance is low and the reaction speed is fast;
4. The contactor is reliable, safe, long-life and easy to repair and maintain;
5. The anti-fool protection on the software prevents human misoperation;
6. The software interface can set the sampling rate, battery voltage, temperature, short-circuit time, etc. The voltage, current and temperature need to be integrated together to display the short-circuit current curve voltage, battery cell voltage, and thermocouple temperature acquisition channel synchronously with the short-circuit equipment sampling;
7. The software control can be combined with the collected data for analysis to generate a curve;
8. The inner box is welded with stainless steel plates, and the outer box is painted with cold-rolled steel plates;
9. The pressure relief door at the back automatically pops open to relieve pressure when the pressure is too high;
10. The explosion-proof tempered glass window on the door is about 350*350mm in size, which allows you to clearly see the situation in the test chamber;
11. The test hole is 100mm in diameter, one on each side, with a stainless steel cover;
12. The inner box is equipped with a smoke exhaust blower, which is resistant to high temperature and fire, and the outer diameter of the smoke exhaust pipe at the rear of the equipment is DN150mm.
