HY-CO2 Medical 3d Face Mask PFE Particulate Filtration Efficiency Tester
Product Description
The mask filter performance tester cleans the compressed air and sprays the pre-prepared NaCl solution or DEHS / PAO and other similar solutions from the aerosol generator. After passing through a classifier (inertial principle), the large particles that are not needed are collected into the collection bottle inside, aerosol particles that meet the requirements are ejected from the nozzle of the aerosol generator into the test system.
1. The aerosol emitted by the aerosol generator needs to undergo two treatments before reaching the test filter material;
a. Produce aerosol salt particles by mixing with heated gas (for salt spray). b. Neutralize the static electricity carried by the aerosol through an electrostatic neutralizer. This action is to reduce the loss of particles and the influence of static electricity on the test results.
2. After being processed by the above two procedures, the aerosol reaches the surface of the test filter material at a certain flow rate (flow rate) and begins the test procedure. For the filtration efficiency test, the test time is very short, and it takes only a few seconds to complete the test of one filter material. For the loading experiment test, the loading experiment is relatively long. The aerosol quantity concentration or mass concentration in the upstream and downstream of the filter material is measured by a particle counter or a laser scattering photometer, and the filtration efficiency is calculated. Meanwhile, the pressure drop on both sides of the filter material is monitored by a pressure difference sensor.
