The ozone aging test chamber is used to simulate and enhance the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, study the action law of ozone on rubber, quickly identify and evaluate the anti ozone aging performance of rubber and the protective effect of anti ozone agents. Applicable to the aging test of non-metallic materials and organic materials (paint, rubber, plastic, paint, pigment, etc.) under ozone conditions.
Characteristics of ozone aging test chamber:
1. The content of ozone in the atmosphere is very low, but it is the main factor for rubber cracking. This product simulates and strengthens the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, studies the action law of ozone on rubber, and quickly identifies and evaluates the method of rubber's anti ozone aging performance and the protective effect of anti ozone agents. Reference standards: GB/T7762-2003 Static tensile test for ozone cracking of vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber, GB/T2951.21-2008 General test methods for cable insulation and sheath materials, GB/T 11206-2009 Rubber aging test surface cracking method, and other related standards.
2. Principles and Methods - Test methods can be divided into "static" and "dynamic" according to the test methods and standards. Static refers to placing the specimen into the test box after stretching, while dynamic refers to placing the specimen on the fixture of the test box and conducting tests while stretching. The stretching float is about 5% -45% of the specimen itself.
Maintenance and upkeep of ozone aging test chamber:
1. Maintain a neat appearance at all times.
2. Please do not place any items on the top of this machine to facilitate the heat dissipation of the motor and control components.
3. If any abnormal noise occurs in the components such as the motor and blower device after long-term use of the equipment, it should be checked and regularly cleaned and refueled.
4. If the temperature of electrical components is too high, the cause must be immediately checked.
5. After each use, the test chamber should be kept clean to prevent corrosion.
6. The control cabinet should be cleaned once a month to prevent excessive dust from affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
7. After the experiment is completed, the main power should be turned off, the water stains in the studio should be wiped clean, and the test box should be kept in a dry environment as much as possible.
8. If the electrical components on the control panel need to be replaced due to malfunctions, please do not disassemble them randomly to ensure the service life of the test box.
