The cold and hot impact test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electronic and electrical products and other equipment under the condition of the rapid change of ambient atmospheric temperature. It is a necessary testing equipment for metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other materials industry, used for testing material structure or composite materials, in the continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature, to detect the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample in the shortest time.
1. Selection of test samples: a reasonable proportion should be maintained between the effective volume of the test sample and the test chamber. For the test of the heating test sample, its volume should not be greater than one tenth of the effective volume of the test chamber. For non-heating test samples, the volume should not be greater than one third of the effective volume of the test chamber.
2.. Sample pretreatment: The test sample should be placed at a location more than 10cm away from the wall of the cold and hot impact test chamber. The tested sample should be placed under normal test atmospheric conditions until the temperature is stable
3. Sample initial detection: the sample and the test standard requirements for comparison, after meeting the requirements, directly into the hot and cold impact test chamber can be tested.
3. Test steps:
- First place the sample in the test box according to the standard requirements, and set the temperature in the test box to the temperature that needs to be measured until the test sample reaches the temperature stability.
- Before carrying out high temperature test, pay attention to prevent high temperature scald. After the high temperature test, please transfer the test sample to the adjusted low temperature impact test chamber within 5 minutes, and keep the test sample temperature stable (the duration shall be subject to the requirements of the product).
- During low temperature test, the temperature in the box is low, and it is also necessary to prevent frostbite. After the low temperature test, the test sample should be transferred to the high temperature test chamber within 5 minutes, and the test sample should be kept stable at the same time.
- Repeat the above experimental methods to complete the three cycles. The number of cycles required by different products is different. The specific number of cycles is referred to the product test standard, that is, to meet the GB standard of product test.
4. Test recovery: After the completion of the test, the function of the product cannot be tested immediately. It needs to be recovered in the experimental atmospheric environment. The specific recovery time needs to refer to the requirements of the product standard until the test sample reaches the temperature stability.
5. Sample inspection: After getting the recovered test sample, check the damage degree in the test standard and the detection method, and compare according to the assessment requirements in the standard to check whether the sample meets the requirements
6. The end of the experiment: After the end of the experiment, it is necessary to cut off the power supply of the equipment to avoid leakage of electricity. It is also necessary to pay attention to the user when taking samples, do not face the door of the box to avoid scald and frostbite caused by cold air or hot air rushing out of the working room
Different test products have different test times, which need to be adjusted by users when setting test parameters. The above is the test process of hot and cold impact box, if you have any questions about the use of hot and cold impact test box, you can also directly consult Dongguan Hong Jin Testing Equipment Co., LTD.
