Several aspects that must be noted during the operation of airtightness testing equipment testing:
(1) In winter, airtightness testing equipment is used for airtightness testing. When the natural environment temperature is less than 0 ℃, to avoid soap liquid condensation and harm the actual effect of leak testing, a certain amount of ethanol can be added to the soap liquid to reduce the condensation temperature and ensure the actual effect of leak testing.
(2) During the entire process of leak testing, if any leakage is found, repair should not be carried out under pressure. A pencil can be used to mark the leakage point. After the whole system software leak testing is completed and the pressure is released, repair should be carried out together. After doing a good job in leak prevention, it is necessary to conduct another flushing experiment until all systems are leak free.
(3) The frequency of weld repair should not exceed 2 times. If it exceeds 2 times, the weld should be sawed off or re welded. If a slight leak is detected, it should also be repaired by welding, rather than using the method of knocking and squeezing tightly to prevent it from leaking.
(4) Customers only need to independently use airtightness testing equipment to carry out airtightness testing, that is, they do not need to be connected to other automatic control systems.
Common knowledge on safe operation of airtightness testers:
1. It is strictly prohibited to squeeze, step on or sit on the instrument, as well as place other items on the instrument.
2. Please do not unplug the connector of the airtightness tester without permission. Under pressure, it is prohibited to remove the joint and pipeline connecting the instrument and the pressure reducing valve. Otherwise, a large amount of compressed air may cause harm to people.
3. Do not use the airtightness tester under abnormal conditions.
4. Before the leakage test is completed, manual operation is prohibited when the cylinder has not risen (although there is a safety grating, manual operation by workers is not allowed).
5. When not using the airtightness tester for a long time, attention should be paid to cutting off the power and air source for safety reasons.
6. Use standard and qualified wires.
7.If the airtightness tester falls or is damaged, immediately cut off the power and air pressure source.
The airtightness tester is actually a product waterproof test, sealing test, and leakage value test. Do we imagine that if there is no leakage, it will enter the water? But there is no leakage, and an allowable leakage range needs to be set. Products within the leakage range are considered qualified products. Due to different protection levels and leakage values, only corresponding parameter settings can achieve different protection levels for instrument detection.
