Load Cell (1)
The weighing sensor converts the tension into a measurable electrical signal. Zwick weighing sensors not only ensure high-quality products, but also are seamlessly compatible with all of our machine components.
Extensometer (2)
An extensometer is a strain measuring device used to measure the strain of a specimen, also known as strain measurement. Almost every standard requires strain measurement for tensile testing, such as ASTM and ISO.
Sample fixture (3)
The sample fixture provides a mechanical connection between the sample and the tensile testing machine. Their function is to transmit the movement of the crosshead to the sample and transmit the test force generated in the sample to the weighing sensor.
Moving the crosshead (4)
The moving crosshead is essentially a crosshead that can be controlled to move up or down. In tensile testing, the crosshead speed of the testing machine is directly related to the strain rate in the specimen.
Electronics (5)
Electronic components control the moving parts of the tensile testing machine. The speed and load rate of the crosshead can be controlled by the microprocessor in the servo controller (motor, feedback device, and controller).
Drive System (6)
The driving system provides different power and frequency levels for the motor of the tensile testing machine, indirectly controlling the motor speed and torque.
Software (7)
Our testing software is a very user-friendly, wizard guided, Windows based solution that allows users to set up testing systems, configure and run tests, and display results.
