Product Introduction:

The driving device uses an AC motor as the main power, and the pulley drives the spindle through the motor shaft end pulley. The workpiece is placed on the spindle. Due to the centrifugal force generated when the workpiece rotates, the swing frame is forced to vibrate. This vibration signal is converted into an electrical signal through the mechanical-electrical transducer (sensor) installed in the swing frame, and input into the electrical measurement system through a dedicated wire. After the electrical measurement system solves, the size and phase of the workpiece imbalance are displayed.

Touch screen system, fast running speed, high reliability, strong dust and shock resistance, can adapt to various industrial environments. The balancing software is powerful, adaptable, efficient, and has strong data versatility, and can output data through a standard interface.

Touch screen interface description:

1. Menu items, various function selections: Including opening, saving, deleting, switching interfaces, workpiece calibration, printing, setting, and exiting of rotor numbers. 2. Working parameter input area: Including A B C R1 R2 and support mode. 3. Interface: There are 3 interfaces to switch (vector diagram, waveform diagram, record table). 4. Display the left unbalance amount and left angle. 5. Can directly display the current actual speed (unit: r/min). 6. Weighting or deweighting adjustment: Click (deweighting or weighting symbol) to switch the correction method of weighting and deweighting 7. Display the right unbalance amount and right angle. 8. Communication window, the “S” printed in the upper right corner of the screen is the logo to identify the working of the balancing machine, red characters are normal serial communication, black characters are abnormal serial communication. 9. The gram displayed in the center between the two dials indicates the current full gram degree of the dial.
