Scope of application:
The products are widely used in die-cutting, touch screens, mobile phones, medical devices, PCBs, films, electronic carriers, rubber, watches, gears, machining, auto parts, bearings, motors, precision hardware, cutting tools, electronic components and other industries as well as scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, metrology institutions and enterprise metrology rooms; they also serve military enterprises in the aviation and aerospace sectors.
Product features:
1. 20 million pixel high resolution, CCD camera significantly improves the detection performance;
2. High measurement accuracy and high efficiency: Grating ruler is one of the most critical hardware to determine the accuracy of the instrument. Our company uses precision grating ruler with a resolution of 0.5um. It adopts servo motor full closed-loop control transmission, with high accuracy, precise positioning, no noise during operation, and positioning accuracy of ±1um.
3. Precision rail-granite: The base and beam are 00-grade granite, with good seismic resistance and no deformation. The transmission method is a high-precision ball screw with smooth operation and precise positioning.
4. Batch splicing measurement: Keep in mind the shape of the measured object, and automatically detect the position and orientation placed on the measuring coordinate table before measuring. No positioning is required, and no fixed fixture is required.
a. The hardware places the product (arbitrary placement), edits the program after scanning, and measures;
b. Multiple workpieces can be measured at one time, and multiple workpieces can be placed arbitrarily. Even if the measurement position is increased, it will not take more measurement time;
c. The measurement data can be obtained within 1S, and OK or NG can be directly displayed to improve work efficiency.
5. Suitable for high magnification measurement: Repeatability ±1um allows for high magnification measurement.
a. Double telecentric lens:
The designed telecentric optical system has low distortion and can accurately measure whether the part is close to the center or outside.
b. Intelligent optical system:
Accurately extract edges under optimal lighting conditions.
c. High-precision stage:
By adjusting the movement of the cross-rolling guide in microns, the best linearity is achieved and the error caused by stage movement is eliminated to the maximum extent.
d. Automatic recognition of focus and measurement:
Various light settings for stable edge detection, autofocus eliminates focus changes, and any accurate measurement data can be obtained.
