Scope of application:
The battery short circuit tester is mainly suitable for battery manufacturers, battery users, new energy vehicle manufacturers, research institutes, colleges and universities, etc. It is used to simulate the battery to perform forced internal short circuit tests under certain ambient temperature conditions or to perform extrusion tests under certain temperature conditions.

Experimental purpose:

This equipment is designed based on various battery short-circuit test standard requirements. According to the standard requirements, the short-circuit device must meet the internal resistance range of 80±20mΩ (or ≤10mΩ) to obtain the maximum short-circuit current required by the test; in addition, the circuit design of the short-circuit device must also be able to withstand the impact of large currents, so we selected industrial-grade DC electromagnetic contactors and all-copper terminals and internal copper plates for current conduction. The wide and thick copper plates effectively improve the heat dissipation effect, making the large current short-circuit device safer, effectively reducing the loss of the test equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of the test data.

(1) Ambient temperature: 25±5℃;
(2) Relative humidity: 45-85%RH;
(3) Atmospheric pressure: 86~106KPa;
(4) No direct sunlight or other direct radiation from heat sources;
(5) No strong vibration around;
